Coach-informed design
Shaped by real coaching practice
SpectrumCoach is grounded in interviews and surveys with actively practising coaches — many of whom are neurodivergent themselves. They shared what traditional CRMs and generic tools lack for neurodivergent clients, and we designed our MVP around those needs.
Progress that’s easier to see
Coaches told us they want clients to see small wins and momentum between sessions, not just a folder of notes. Visual, low-friction progress tracking is a core part of the MVP.
Too many tools to juggle
Zoom, Docs, Notion, email, Calendly, WhatsApp… Existing tools can work, but they weren’t designed for ND brains. SpectrumCoach aims to be a calmer, ND-friendly layer across your workflow.
Lower cognitive load, not more homework
Long prep forms and heavy reflections can reduce engagement. We prioritise short, optional, ND-sensitive check-ins that support accountability without guilt or overload.
Core MVP focus
What SpectrumCoach does
The MVP focuses on the essentials coaches told us matter most: one calm place for clients, sessions, notes, and progress — with accessibility built in from day one.
Client management & accessible notes
Keep sessions, history, goals, and notes in one clear, accessible space built around real coaching workflows — not sales pipelines.
Friendly visual progress
Help clients see momentum with simple, visual progress markers and milestones that are easier to engage with.
Modes that adapt to your thinking
Focus, Session, Reflection, Planning — different interface modes that respond to context and cognitive load, not just lists of tasks.
Light-touch, customisable check-ins
Optional prompts and reminders that clients can tailor in tone, frequency, and format — designed to encourage reflection without triggering guilt or pressure.
Unified workspace, less tab-juggling
Scheduling, client records, notes, and progress in one calm, distraction-conscious workspace. Designed to sit alongside the tools you already use.
Privacy, trust & optional AI
Secure, GDPR-aligned architecture powered by AWS and privacy-aware design. Any AI-assisted summaries or insights are optional, transparent, and consent-led.
Your coaching data is handled with care — no careless automation with sensitive client information.
For coaches and clients
Why coaches asked for SpectrumCoach
Our early research showed that coaches aren’t just looking for another CRM. They want tools that reflect how neurodivergent clients think, feel, and follow through — while making the coach’s workload more sustainable.
For your clients
- Clear, visual progress and small wins — not walls of text.
- Optional, low-friction check-ins between sessions.
- One calm hub instead of scattered links and folders.
- Accessible layouts that work with, not against, ND brains.
For your practice
- Fewer tools to juggle (video, notes, scheduling, progress).
- Structured notes and themes over time across sessions.
- Support for 1–25+ active clients without burning out.
- Designed with ND coaches’ own needs in mind.

Small coaching collectives

Neurodivergent-focused practices
Coaches who specialise in ND clients and need tools that reduce overwhelm, support executive function, and respect sensory and cognitive needs.
From early conversations
What we heard from coaches
It’s a great initiative, and I really appreciate that you are building something with neurodivergent coaching community in mind.
I see real value in tools that go beyond logistics, making progress visible, engagement effortless, and reflection meaningful for ADHD clients.
Because reminders can trigger guilt or pressure rather than motivation, having customisable low-pressure options would be ideal.
I really like the focus on building tools with neurodivergent coaches and clients in mind.
